His focus will be to provide great food, great drink and sincere service. Making friends of his guests will be the priority. The Grille’s atmosphere will be welcoming and comfortable and an extension of his values of family and friends. Thirty three years of restaurant operations will be utilized to make the Grille affordable and yet successful financially. Systems and operating procedures learned in that time will keep the staff knowledgeable, efficient and exceeding guest’s expectations of service while supporting themselves and their families.
